Gangwon FC’s “Young Pea” Yang Min-hyuk (18), who scored multiple goals against Jeju United, was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 24th round of the Hana Bank K League 1 2024.

“Yang Min-hyuk, who scored two goals against Jeju United on Nov. 20 to lead Gangwon to a 4-0 victory, was named the MVP of the 24th round,” the Korea Professional Football Association said on Nov. 23.

Yang opened the scoring with a mid-range shot in the 23rd minute of the first half when Gangwon took a 1-0 lead, and then completed his multi-goal performance with a volley in the 20th minute of the second half.

Kangwon was also named the best team of the 24th round after the big win over Jeju.

The best match was the “Hyundai Street Derby” between Jeonbuk Hyundai and Ulsan HD on Tuesday (Jeonbuk won 2-0).
